Terms and conditions of sale

RYSE GR - Luxury Mobility & Concierge Services

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as «GTCS») govern the contractual relationship between the company RYSE GR, SARL with capital of €1,000, whose registered office is at 45 Boulevard de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes, registered under SIREN number 989 506 944 (hereinafter referred to as «RYSE Cab»), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as «the Customer») making a reservation for services via our digital, telephone or partner channels.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE

RYSE Cab offers premium services structured around three key areas:

  • Transport service : Pick-ups and drop-offs (VTC, Taxis & partner networks).
  • Rental Service : Prestige car hire without a driver.
  • Private Concierge : Logistics management for holidays (accommodation, catering, yachting, aviation).

All confirmed bookings imply the Customer's full acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2 - PARTNER TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SERVICE

2.1. Booking and execution

All services must be booked in advance. RYSE Cab acts as a central booking office and assigns professional drivers (in-house or independent partners) who meet the company's quality standards.

2.2. Care and waiting

The Customer must be present at the agreed time. For airport transfers, free waiting for 60 minutes after the actual landing time is included. For all other journeys, the excess is 15 minutes. Beyond this time, waiting charges calculated according to the vehicle's hourly rate will apply. In the event of prolonged absence without news, the driver may release the vehicle, with the fare remaining payable to 100%.

2.3. Luggage and Liability

The Customer is responsible for the compatibility of his/her luggage with the vehicle booked. RYSE Cab declines all responsibility in the event of damage to fragile objects or loss of luggage left in the vehicle. Any voluntary or involuntary deterioration of the passenger compartment (dirt, material damage) will be subject to immediate invoicing of repair costs of a minimum of 150 € inclusive of tax.

2.4. Flexibility and Partner Networks

To ensure total availability (seasonal peaks, emergencies), RYSE Cab reserves the right to use third-party transport service providers or digital partner networks.. In this case, RYSE Cab acts as an agent. Although we ensure the quality of these services, RYSE Cab cannot be held responsible for operational failures specific to these external platforms (approach time or slightly different vehicle category).

ARTICLE 3 - HIRE OF VEHICLES WITHOUT DRIVERS

3.1 Conditions of access

The lessee must be at least 25 years old (30 years old for exceptional models) and have held a valid driving licence for more than 5 years. Original documents (driving licence, identity card, passport) must be provided prior to delivery.

3.2. Security deposit

A bank pre-authorisation (deposit) is required before the keys are handed over. The amount varies from 3 000 € à 15 000 € depending on the vehicle. The Customer must ensure that he/she has the necessary ceiling; otherwise, the rental will be cancelled without refund.

3.3. Insurance and claims

The vehicles are covered by an all-risk insurance policy specific to the rental. In the event of an at-fault accident, theft or damage without an identified third party, the contractual excess is payable by the Customer. Damage to tyres, rims and rocker panels is never covered by the insurance and is invoiced at actual cost.

ARTICLE 4 - CONCIERGE SERVICE: ACCOMMODATION AND LIFESTYLE

4.1. Agent status

RYSE Cab acts as an intermediary (transparent agent) for reservations of villas, hotels, restaurants, yachts or jets. The final contract binds the Customer to the service provider.

4.2 Logistics responsibility

For accommodation (Villas/Airbnb), RYSE Cab cannot be held responsible for the state of the premises or for cancellations due to the owner. Any damage caused by the Customer will incur direct liability to the establishment concerned.

4.3. No-Show and Organisation costs

In the event of a no-show for a reservation (Restaurant, Club), the penalty charges levied by the establishment are the sole responsibility of the Customer. RYSE Cab charges a management fee for the coordination of these complex services, indicated at the time of the quotation.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Services are payable in cash by credit card or bank transfer, except under specific conditions for Corporate Business accounts.

Cancellation fee Transport :
- More than 4 hours in advance : Free cancellation (Refund 100%).
- Between 4h and 2h before: 50% of the service due.
- Less than 2 hours or no-show: 100% of the performance due.

ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law is French law. In the event of a dispute by a professional Customer, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the Cannes Commercial Court.
